What's in My Backpack?

I usually wear a backpack when riding; simply because it's convenient and comfortable. I've had this backpack for about 3 years and still use it weekly. It's actually my sister's backpack that I stole from her... which I guess she now knows. Thanks sis!

Here's what I carry while riding my motorcycle around the city daily.

Marc by Marc Jacobs Black Quilted Nylon Backpack. It was my sister's but she kindly let me steal it. She's the best.

The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. I'm currently reading the comedy science fiction for a second time. I wanted a good laugh and an escape from this planet.

The Book of Questions. I have carried this book in multiple bags over the last year and have probably read all the questions, but I love pulling it out with friends and hearing their answers. Also, it's a great ice breaker if you're alone and want to strike up a conversation with someone.

Saint Laurent SL138 Slim Sunglasses. These are my favorite sunglasses right now. They're super light and fit in my Biltwell Gringo helmet. I was inspired by Charlize Theron in Atomic Blonde.

Wide Tooth Comb. I always carry a comb to touch up my hair after riding. Here's another one by Gisou that has piqued my interest.

Clinique Chubby Stick Moisturizing Lip Colour Balm in A Whole Lotta Honey. It's a sheer, tinted lip balm in a convenient twist up applicator. It's made of mango and shea butters so it's nourishing, won't dry out your lips and isn't sticky. I use the color A Whole Lotta Honey with my Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk lipliner for a natural lip look.

Charlotte Tilbury Lip Cheat in Pillow Talk. It's my favorite neutral toned lipliner. It's just a shade darker than my natural color, so it enhances my lips for a great daytime look. It goes on creamy and lasts hours, even when I am taking my helmet on and off.

Do Son Perfume Oil Roll On by Diptyque. It's perfect to throw on after a ride, just in case you need to refresh your scent. It's bold and memorable, but not overwhelmingly so. It has a seductive white musk base note and delicate layers of berries and fragrant flowers rounding it out. It's a convenient size and has a roll-on applicator, making it easy to grab and go.

Simple Kind to Skin Cleansing Facial Wipes. If nothing else, I always carry face wipes with me. My favorite part of everyday is washing my face. This is especially important during the warmer months in Texas when it gets hot, I'm wearing a helmet and there's sweat and dirty helmet pads. It's also great to have if you are riding in an area with polluted air. While riding in LA, I took my helmet off and had a soot mask where my face was exposed. These clean all of that right up.

Fujifilm Disposable Camera. My best friend ordered these while I was in LA to document my time there. I just snapped my last photo though, so it's time to get the pictures printed!
